Due to the individualized nature of our training, all classes require minimum 24 hours advanced booking to assure a spot and that the proper program and equipment are available at an individual level. If you have already booked and need to cancel, a minimum of 12 hour cancellation is required to avoid being billed for the session. Memberships/Classes are non-transferable to other individuals.
10-session pass: Sessions credits must be used within three months of purchase, including all holiday. Missed sessions can not be carried over to the next training block. Refunds are not available after purchase. All inquiries on refunds due to health related issues will be determined on an individual basis. All waivers and medical release forms must be up-to-date before training can begin. 2 participant minimum required for each session.
All outdoor classes are subject to cancellation due to weather. Please check in with our Facebook page and private facebook group for all updated information.

6 in-person, personal training sessions for 8 Weeks from start date, in the Valbonne, Mougins, Sophia-Antipolis area. Multiple session per week can be booked, based on availability of trainer. Session are non-transferable to other individuals. All medical release/waivers, PAR-Q must be up-to-date to start training. Booking/Cancellation policy above applies to all private sessions. Please contact us directly to book/pay with cheque drawn on a French bank or to cash payment.
